Announcing the Relay Dashboard

Relay Dashboard: Your integration, your control, from day one.

Jul 17, 2026

4 Minutes

Today we're launching the Relay Dashboard: a self-serve interface where integrators manage every aspect of their Relay integration directly. API keys and webhooks. App fees. Fee sponsorship. Request-level visibility. Built-in support and an API health check. One place.

Relay is crosschain payments infrastructure. A single integration connects an application with any user, on any chain, in any asset. The dashboard is the operational layer built alongside it: a dedicated surface where integrators run their integration with full visibility and control, at every stage of growth.

What makes it significant is not just what it does, but who it is for. Every integrator gets the same interface from the moment they sign up, with no minimum size. A solo developer shipping their first integration has the same operational control as a platform processing millions of transactions a month. Same interface. Same tools. Day one.

Requests

Every request routed through the integration is visible on the Requests page, scoped to the integration. And it's not just a list — it's a place to investigate. Compose filters across status, origin and destination chain and currency, amounts, sender, recipient, and deposit addresses, and time. Conditions combine, and any of them can be negated, so the table answers real questions instead of serving one fixed slice. The current view exports to CSV, with drill-down on any individual request.

The slices integrators check most are one click away: built-in views for Recent, Failed, and Refunds, with no setup. And when a query is worth running twice, save it: a custom view captures the filters plus the exact columns you want, named, and reopens later with everything intact. Columns can be shown, hidden, and dragged into order, with context-aware defaults so the table fits the request instead of leaving columns empty. The query you run every day becomes one click, not a rebuild.

The Request Details page surfaces the complete picture of any request: the full route, status, fill time, feature tags (Gas Topup, Fixed Rate, App Fees, Deposit Address), and a component-level fee breakdown (execution, swap, relay, app) with sponsorship state and max-sponsorship warnings inline. Create a Pylon support ticket directly from a Request Details page without leaving the dashboard. The request ID is attached automatically.

API keys and webhooks

Integrators have complete control over their API key lifecycle from the dashboard. Create, rename, activate, and deactivate keys (keys can't be deleted, only deactivated), set per-key IP and domain allowlists, and configure webhooks per key (endpoint URL, custom headers, event selection, and a test button). Every action is available in real time.

For standard-tier integrators, provisioning is fully automated. Sign up, create a key, and start building. A working integration can be running within minutes of signing up. The same starting point, whether you are building a prototype or shipping to production.

Rate-limit details live in a modal on the API Keys tab. If an upgrade is needed, a request can be submitted directly from the dashboard.

App fee management

The dashboard gives integrators direct control over their app fee balance. The Balances tab shows accrued app fees (Base USDC inline) with Withdraw as the primary action: set the wallet where app fees are collected, view the current balance, and withdraw earned fees at any time. Integrators manage their fee revenue on their own schedule, without waiting on anyone.

Fee sponsorship management

For integrators using fee sponsorship, the dashboard provides full control over the sponsorship wallet. Link or unlink a sponsorship wallet, top up the balance, monitor it in real time, and withdraw. No back-and-forth required to keep sponsorship funded and running.

Org and team management

The dashboard is built for teams. Create a new org or import an existing one on sign-up. Invite team members, assign access levels, promote or demote users, and remove access when needed. Every permission change takes effect immediately. Multiple people can operate the same integration from a single org, without sharing credentials.

Feedback and support

A floating Pylon widget sits in the corner of every page: report a bug, send product feedback, or respond to the occasional survey, without leaving the dashboard. Tickets filed from a Request Details page arrive at Support with the request ID already attached. The dashboard also surfaces Relay API health at a glance, so integrators can confirm the API is running normally without checking an external status page.
